Technical Indicators

1. Cover Rubber Performance Types

Cold-resistant conveyor belts are classified into three types based on the performance of the cover rubber:

Scratch-resistant (H) — designed to withstand surface abrasion and cutting.
Wear-resistant (D) — engineered for high-abrasion material handling.
General (L) — suitable for standard cold-environment applications.

2. Cold Resistance Levels

According to cold resistance performance, the belts are divided into two levels:

C1 — ambient temperature range: -45℃ to 50℃.
C2 — ambient temperature range: -60℃ to 50℃.
