1. Concept
This product is primarily designed for underground haulage in coal mines and is also applicable to material conveying scenarios in the metallurgical and chemical sectors. The full-core flame-retardant conveyor belt can be categorized into two types: PVC type and PVG type.
The upper and lower cover layers of the PVC-type conveyor belt are both made of PVC cover rubber, with the single-side rubber thickness being no less than 0.8mm; the upper and lower cover layers of the PVG-type conveyor belt are composed of nitrile rubber and PVC composite materials, and the single-side thickness ranges from 1.5mm to 4.5mm. In terms of application parameters, the maximum allowable conveying inclination angle of the PVC conveyor belt is less than 16°, while that of the PVG conveyor belt is less than 20°—both are suitable for coal mine underground conveying operations.
2. The longest service life of the belt body is determined by the following factors
(1) A dense belt core woven from warp and weft filaments and covering cotton spinning;
(2) Impregnated with specially formulated PVC material to achieve extremely high bonding strength between the tape core and the cover rubber;
(3) Specially formulated cover rubber; so that the belt body is resistant to impact, tearing and abrasion.
3. Mechanical properties
