1. Product features
PVC conveyor belt has good elasticity and is not easy to deform. The belt core is made of high-strength, high-quality cotton, nylon, and polyester canvas, and the pure natural rubber non-pollution compounding agent is used to make white or light-colored, no pollution, and does not affect the food hygiene and odor coverage. The formula design of PVC conveyor belt products is reasonable, in line with sanitary indicators, moderate color, lightweight and durable. PVC conveyor belt is suitable for the food industry or the food sector to transport bulk, canned, and packed grain or food to a large particle size of 400, and the conveying capacity can be from 1 cubic meter/hour to 6000 cubic meters/hour.
PVC overview
PVC is actually a kind of vinyl polymer, and its material is an amorphous material. In actual use, PVC materials often add stabilizers, lubricants, auxiliary processing agents, pigments, impact resistance agents and other additives. It has non-flammability, high strength, weather resistance and excellent geometric stability. PVC has strong resistance to oxidants, reducing agents and strong acids. However, it can be corroded by concentrated oxidizing acids such as concentrated sulfuric acid and concentrated nitric acid and is not suitable for contact with aromatic hydrocarbons and chlorinated hydrocarbons.

3. The scope of application
It has a wide range of uses, mainly in food, tobacco, logistics, packaging and other industries. It is suitable for underground transportation in coal mines, and also for material transportation in metallurgical and chemical industries.

4. Factors affecting life span
1) A dense belt core woven from warp and weft filaments and covering cotton spinning;
2) Impregnated with specially formulated PVC material to achieve extremely high bonding strength between the tape core and the cover rubber;
3) Specially formulated cover rubber; so that the belt body is resistant to impact, tearing and abrasion.
