1. Product features
The heat-resistant conveyor belt is made of multi-layer rubber cotton canvas (polyester cotton cloth) covered with high-temperature or heat-resistant rubber and bonded together by high-temperature vulcanization. It is suitable for conveying hot coke, cement, molten slag and hot castings below 240℃. . 1. The specifications are the same as ordinary conveyor belts. 2. The product implements HG2297-92 and GB/T20021-2005 standards. 3. Heat-resistant conveyor belts can be divided into five types: Type Ⅰ: can withstand test temperature not greater than 100℃, maximum short-time operating temperature is 150℃, code T1. Type Ⅱ: It can withstand the test temperature of not more than 125℃, the highest short-time operating temperature is 170℃, and the code is T2. Type Ⅲ: can withstand test temperature not greater than 150℃, maximum short-time operating temperature is 200℃, code T3. Type IV: can withstand test temperature not greater than 175℃, maximum short-time operating temperature is 400℃, code T4. V type: can withstand test temperature not more than 240℃, maximum short-time operating temperature is 600℃, code T5.
2. Formula design
1) National standard for each product: heat-resistant conveyor belt implements HG 2297-92 standard
2) Performance requirements: (1) It can be used for a long time under the condition of 150℃, and can be used for a short time under the condition of higher than 150℃. (2) Not only must it have good wear resistance at room temperature, but also require no deterioration under high temperature conditions. (3) There must be a certain degree of self-adhesiveness and mutual adhesion with the cushioning rubber before vulcanization, and higher adhesive strength after vulcanization. (4) The hardness and tensile properties meet the requirements.
